The Challenge
In a challenging 2025 job market, marketers faced increased competition, stagnant wages, and a discouraging application process. Growclass developed a 56-page E-Book called The Marketer’s Guide to Getting Hired to equip marketers with practical tools, mindset shifts, and strategies to navigate every stage of the job search—and needed a campaign that would both reflect the guide’s value and drive traffic to the landing page.
The Approach
As social media manager and content strategist, I developed a multi-platform GTM campaign spanning TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The plan teased the guide pre-launch with conversation-starting prompts, delivered platform-native, high-value tips pulled directly from the guide, and used audience questions to create community-powered content. This approach balanced educational and human storytelling to build awareness, encourage downloads, and position Growclass as a trusted career resource.
